⁠The ground floor condo has a covered porch with a fabulous view overlooking the pool and the sea. You enter the condo into the spacious living/dining area. You’ll find comfortable chairs and a futon couch (which converts to a double sleeper) as well as dining seating for four both at the table and the counter. Just beyond is the fully equipped kitchen, and a little farther is the full bath. The bedroom with queen bed is in the back of the condo. Up to 4 guests can be accommodated in this condo.

You get the best of both worlds in condo A4: a balcony on the ground floor and a porch on the second floor! Located on two floors of Building A: step right out from the porch to the pool, with the sea just beyond! On the condo’s ground floor, you have a bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom, the fully equipped kitchen, and the living/dining area with queen sleeper sofa. On the second floor, there’s a bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom, an open loft area with two twin beds, and a veranda overlooking the pool and the sea.

Two couples or a larger group of people will find that there is some privacy still, even while all staying in one condo. Up to 8 guests can be accommodated in this 1450 square foot condo.

With 1750 square feet on two levels, A5 gives you lots of space. This condo is on the second and third floors of Building A, and has a covered veranda on each level overlooking the pool and the sea. On the lower level there is a bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and the living/dining area with queen sleeper sofa. On the upper level, there’s a bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom. The loft area has been floored so there more space here; there is a sleeping area with two twin beds plus an additional seating/TV watching area.

Because this condo is on two levels, two couples or a larger group of people will find that there is some privacy still, even while all under one roof. Up to 8 guests can be accommodated in this condo. 

This 1750 square foot condo is on the 2nd and 3rd floors of a building and overlooks the pool with the sea & beach beyond. You enter the condo through the handmade stained glass door to find a bedroom to your right with a queen bed. Continue down the hall past the full bath and you’ll enter the living/dining area with queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen is on your right and has lovely granite countertops and backsplash, among other nice features. Straight ahead is the living/dining area and then veranda with a fabulous view of the pool and the sea.

Ground floor Condo B1, also known as “Carolina Blue”, has a great porch with a swing that just beckons you to sit in it and contemplate the fabulous view. You’ll have plenty of space in this 1830 square foot condo.

When you first arrive at Sunset Beach, you’ll likely enter through the condo’s road side door. The principal bedroom with king sized bed and en suite bath will be on your right, another bedroom with queen bed on your left. After that another full bath will be on your left followed by the third bedroom with twin beds (which can be made in to a king on request) on your right.

You’ll feel right at home in second floor Condo B2 and you’ll love the amazing balcony view! Let’s start on that large balcony — what a place to sit with your morning coffee or evening cocktail admiring the view of the waves crashing over the Belize Barrier Reef! The balcony is right off of the large living/dining area, which also has a queen sofabed. Adjacent to that is your fully equipped kitchen with bar counter seating.

Head down the hall and on your left is a room with twin beds (which can be made into a king on request). Next on your left is the principal bedroom, with queen bed and en suite bath. On the right, you have a full bathroom and another bedroom with queen bed. Up to 8 people can be accommodated in condo B2. You can enter the condo either via a door off this hallway or via a door off the dining room.

Entering your Sunset Beach condo spanning over 1,800 square feet through the road‑side door from its spacious porch overlooking the Caribbean Sea. The principal bedroom with king bed and en suite bath is on your left–admire the big “Wish You Were Here” wall mural! Another bedroom with queen bed is on your right with a full bath next to it. Keep going and on your left will be the third bedroom with twin beds (which can be made in to a king on request) featuring great indigenous masks as wall decor.

After this, the fully equipped kitchen with mahogany bar & stools is on your right with the large dining area just beyond. The living room is on the left with lots of comfortable seating plus TV, games, books & more! The sofa here converts to a queen bed if needed.

Then go on out to the large porch which has hardwood dining furniture and a hammock! Step just down the steps and dig your toes in the sand…you’re on La Isla Bonita! Up to 8 guests can stay in this ground floor condo.

Escape the winter and leave your cares behind in Cast‑Away, where tropical paradise is evident in every part of your living space! Enter via a muralled hallway that makes you feel as if you are in the sea swimming with colorful coral, fish, a sea turtle, an eagle ray, & more. In other areas of the condo you’ll find mermaids, porpoises, frogs, and even Garifuna art as part of your decor!

This 1,800 square foot second floor condo has three bedrooms: each has a queen bed, one has an en suite bathroom. There is also a living room (with queen sleeper sofa), dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen plus second full bath off the hallway. You have a great view from the large covered veranda that overlooks the beach and the sea. If you fish (which the condo owners do!), you could almost “cast away” into the sea!

This 1,800 square foot condo has gabled ceilings which makes it quite airy and spacious. The rounded dining alcove with bay windows give you views towards the beach and sea and the TV/sitting area has a futon which can be used for guest sleeping if needed. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances (including dishwasher) and there is a washer/dryer as well. Miramar Villa #4 is a great option for a small family or group of friends; there is a queen in the primary bedroom (with en suite full bath) and two twins in the second bedroom (which can be made in to a king on request) with another full bath off the hallway. The open plan kitchen/living area with dining alcove is perfect for socializing, preparing meals & dining! There is a smart TV in the living area & another TV in the principal bedroom. The condo has a washer/dryer as well.

This third floor condo has a breathtaking view of the sea – you will love having your morning coffee & evening drink while gazing at the water from the covered veranda!

Miramar Villa #5 brings the Caribbean inside with its brightly painted open plan kitchen/living area with rounded dining alcove & cathedral ceiling. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and the condo has a washer/dryer as well.

There are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed; one has an en suite bath with shower and there is another full bath off the hall with shower‑tub. If needed, the sleeper sofa in the living area can accommodate additional guests.

Miramar Villa #6 has an open plan kitchen/living area with cathedral‑ceilinged dining alcove. You have a breathtaking view of the water (& the pool!) from the alcove’s bay windows. The two bedrooms each have a queen bed; one bedroom has an en suite bath and there is another full bath off the hall (each has a walk‑in shower). The sleeper sofa in the living area can accommodate additional guests.

This second floor 2,880 square foot condo has a fabulous view of the sea — enjoy coffee, drinks & meals from the large veranda while gazing at the Caribbean!

Miramar Villa #8 has a spacious open plan kitchen/living area including dining area with table. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need including a dishwasher. The wrap‑around covered veranda has an area for dining as well as furniture for relaxing; many guests have found spending time here to be the highlight of their stay!

The principal bedroom has a king bed, en suite bath, and veranda access. The second bedroom has a queen (with private sink/vanity) and the third bedroom has two twins (each with trundle; if using the trundles, you could have 4 twins in this room, or the 2 trundles can be made in to a king bed between the two twins); these two bedrooms share a Jack & Jill full bath (stall shower has a handheld) and are towards the back of the condo. There is also a half bath off the entry hall & two futons in the living room if needed for extra sleeping spots. The washer & dryer are just outside the front door (& for exclusive use of this unit).

Third floor Miramar Villa #9 has a breathtaking view of the sea–you will love gazing at the waves crashing over the Barrier Reef just ½ mile (1 km) away from the spacious covered veranda!

The condo has an open plan living/dining area with cathedral‑ceilinged dining alcove; you have a breathtaking view of the water (& the pool!) from the alcove’s bay windows. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and the condo has a washer/dryer as well.

The principal bedroom has a king bed & en suite bath; the second bedroom has two twins. There is a second full bath off the hall. If needed, there is an air mattress which can accommodate 1‑2 additional guests.
